Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is carried out by USPS and each order receives an email with a tracking number.
 
Standard shipping is between 3-5 business days. Expedited shipping, when selected at checkout is usually 2-3 business days.

We do ship internationally, however costs may be higher due to customs fees.

Please keep in mind that this is a very small company run by actively employed Pilots. In rare circumstances it may take a few more days to ship if we are on a trip or in training.

5 Year Warranty

 

Our products are covered by a 5 Year warranty, (Early adopters of the product received a lifetime warranty which we will honor so long as we are in business)  when used under normal conditions and for the purpose intended. The warranty covers the Leather only. This does not include the stitching or plastic inserts. We will not honor claims for any intentional damage that has been incurred. 

 

Try not to over stuff your wallet or put things in there that don’t belong  If you do put more items in there than recommended, it can stretch out of shape and put undue stress on the stitching and other materials.

This warranty covers faults in materials and workmanship and doesn't apply if damage is caused by unreasonable use or neglect, normal wear and tear, or if you change your mind.

In order to make a warranty claim, you need to have your order number and you must provide proof of purchase.

Where we Make Our Products

We are proud to say that our materials are sourced from a family owned workshop in Florence, Italy. The soft touch, excellent quality and captivating smell of the leather speak for themselves.

 

Some production occurs in the E.U. (namely the leather) and final assembly occurs in a Chicago Suburb from where I also run the office at home.

Returns & Exchanges

Something not right? Don't worry we have you covered with a 30 day return policy and 14 days to Exchange.

We only accept exchanges on unused products.

To start the return process please follow these steps

1) Please write an email to thepilotwallet@gmail.com indicating the reason for return/exchange, please note your name and order number.

2) Please return the product to the return address and include a tracking number (we do not cover return postage)

3) Once we have received and inspected the item, we will issue a refund/exchange.
